League Volunteer Opportunities

Tri-Village is a volunteer run organization that does everything it can to provide a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for approximately 500 children in the community. Our Board of Directors works tirelessly to do all we can to ensure the success of a great season, but we can't do it without you!

During the Spring 2024 registration process you'll notice that you can opt for one of 4 different volunteer positions for a $25 discount on your registration.

Below is a brief description of the 4 main categories:

1. Manager - This is a head coach position.
2. Assistant Coach - There can be multiple assistants per team.
3. Challenger Buddy - Our Challenger League is designed for the needs of children that live with physical or developmental challenges. These games are played on Sunday afternoons, and each player who sets foot on the field needs a Buddy to ensure they are safe and have fun!
4. Snack Stand Volunteer - We all know the kids love the snack stand at Magee! We need help from Volunteers (in addition to the team assignment window helpers) to ensure we can feed all the hungry players their favorite ballpark snack! Snack Stand Volunteer opportunities will include both Sales (working the window) and Grill/Fryer. If you select this option, a Board member will reach out as the season gets closer to schedule a training and discuss options you feel comfortable with.
